On September 29, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Albert Karimov held a meeting with representatives of the Agency "Turkmendenizderyayollary" and JSC "Sea merchant fleet" in a video conference, reports mpt.tatarstan.ru.
The parties assessed the achieved results of joint activities and outlined bilateral cooperation on the Assembly of the second high-speed passenger ship of the A145E project for Turkmenistan. They also discussed the organization of joint construction of a series of river dredgers of two types: diesel and electric.
It should be recalled that “Ak Bars” signed agreements on cooperation in the field of shipbuilding with the Agency "Turkmendenizderyayollary" and JSC "SBY"Balkan" (Turkmenbashi). This happened in August 2019 during the Caspian economic forum in Avaza, which marked the beginning of a partnership in the field of ship construction for our country.
