With the support of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Austria, an Agreement on joint activities was signed between the Austrian-Turkmen society and a member of the Union of Industrialists and entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan ES "Turkmen Maslahatchylar Topary" (TMT Consulting group), dedicated to the 25th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan. This is reported in the press release of the Austrian-Turkmen society.
The subject of the Agreement is the development, implementation, coordination and promotion of joint Turkmen-Austrian projects in the fields of business, economy, construction, medicine, culture and sports, as well as promoting the development and strengthening of business contacts between the two countries. The Agreement also includes participation in intergovernmental working commissions and economic forums in Turkmenistan and Austria.
Joint projects will be implemented through presentations, forums, video conferences, webinars, and discussion meetings in Turkmenistan and Austria. The project activities also include support for cultural Days and round tables, publications in the media, and much more.
Within the framework of the projects, partners will be sought for government agencies, private entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and Austrian companies to implement joint projects.
The Austrian-Turkmen society was established on August 18, 2008 in Vienna in connection with the first official visit of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the capital of Austria in November 2008. Site - www.turkmenistan-kultur.at.
