President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov today issued a severe reprimand to the Deputy Minister of education of Turkmenistan for schools and pre-school institutions Merdan Govshudov "for improper performance of official duties, serious shortcomings in the work", the information program "Watan" of Turkmen television reported.
The strict reprimand was announced "with the last warning to correct the shortcomings made in the shortest possible time", the Order of the President of Turkmenistan reads.
