The Department of state registration of legal entities of the Ministry of Finance and economy of Turkmenistan has introduced an automated system for filing electronic applications, which will allow entrepreneurs to register businesses online. This is reported by the state news Agency of Turkmenistan.
On the Ministry's website, in the section on registration of legal entities, there are published normative documents and a list of required documents, as well as samples of applications. An online application form has been created. It is planned to organize payment acceptance for registration and confirmation of names in online format.
The structure of a new database of the Unified State Register of legal entities (USRLE) is also being developed. In the near future, it is planned to launch several online services for registering legal entities, as well as simplify the procedure for registering and providing information from the unified state register of legal entities.
This innovation will speed up the process of state registration, re-registration and liquidation of legal entities. An online service for remote payment for business license registration and renewal will also be launched in the near future.
