The Japanese company TOYO Engineering Corporation is interested in continuing cooperation with Turkmenistan in the field of fertilizer production, oil and gas and petrochemical sectors. This was reported to the Trend Agency by a representative of the company.
TOYO Engineering Corporation was founded on May 1, 1961 and is an engineering, procurement and construction company serving primarily the hydrocarbon and petrochemical sectors worldwide.
It is jointly owned by LG International Corp and Hyundai Engineering (Republic of Korea) she has already participated in the construction of the $ 3.4 billion Kiyanli plant in Turkmenistan, where she was responsible for design and procurement, as well as being a commissioning supervision contractor. Polyethylene and polypropylene, which are produced at this plant, is exported as well as to the domestic market.
The plant is equipped with equipment purchased in Japan, Korea, the United States, Great Britain, Belgium, Germany, Denmark and other countries.
A representative of the company noted that TOYO can implement similar projects in the country if it receives such an offer.
