The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Turkmenistan informs on its website that when boarding an aircraft bound for the Russian Federation, including for transit purposes, you must have a medical document confirming a negative result of a laboratory test for COVID-19 by PCR. The material must be selected no earlier than three calendar days before arrival on the territory of the Russian Federation.
The Embassy requests that you pay attention to the fact that the medical document must be submitted in Russian or English, according to the samples that can be downloaded on the Embassy's website.
Persons without the specified medical document or presenting a certificate of an unspecified sample will not be allowed on Board, the Embassy warns.
