Every year, the plant accepts and processes 4,000 tons of grapes. But this year, the company aims to harvest 8,000 tons.
IE "Parahat" is positioning itself as a manufacturer of environmentally friendly products. The company itself is located in an agricultural zone - 1100 meters North of the Karakum river. Here are located production workshops that use natural raw materials. The control system begins to function already at the stage of selecting suppliers of raw materials and prototypes of their products sent to the plant. Samples are primarily subjected to traditional laboratory control using physical, chemical, and microbiological tests. Then the selection is carried out by a special tasting Commission consisting of experts from the company. In addition, preliminary "blind" tests are used, when consumers themselves choose the taste of juice that they would like to see on the counter in the store.
Only after this multi-level control, the sample is sent to the state authorities for registration and obtaining the necessary documentation.
