Today, another round of inter-Ministerial consultations between Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan was held in the format of videoconferencing. This is reported by the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Representatives of consular services of foreign ministries, law enforcement agencies and diplomatic missions of the two countries took part in the talks.
Consular issues of mutual interest were discussed in detail, as well as further prospects for strengthening bilateral cooperation.
Special attention was paid to issues of cooperation in the field of migration: the implementation of the provisions of existing bilateral agreements, the current state and prospects for cooperation.
In conclusion, the parties agreed to intensify interagency cooperation and expand cooperation in the consular, legal and migration spheres.
