The information center of the Ministry of health and medical industry of Turkmenistan reports that as a result of the analysis of the state of atmospheric air in the city of Ashgabat and velayats in recent days, an increased content of dust in the air was registered due to the penetration of air into the territory of Turkmenistan from the South-East, North-East and North, which is unfavorable for human health, primarily for the respiratory system.

In order to prevent undesirable effects of the weather on the human body in the summer, it is necessary to constantly consult with a family doctor to strengthen preventive measures.

On such days, in order to reduce the natural exogenous impact due to the possible increase in the content of dust in the air and, consequently, pathogenic substances, everyone is strongly recommended to use personal protective equipment for the upper respiratory tract – medical masks.

At the same time, it is necessary to stay at a safe distance from each other – at least 1 meter, and also observe the rules of personal and public hygiene.

In the summer, given the high temperature of the air, you cannot allow its contrast differences. When coming from the street, you should not immediately go to a chilled room, stand under a working air conditioner, use ice water, etc.

All this can provoke an exacerbation of chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract.
