President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi city) Garajayev Serdarmammet Saparmammadovich as Permanent representative of Turkmenistan to the International renewable energy Agency. The corresponding Decree was signed by the head of state today during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, the information program "Watan" of the Turkmen television reported.
