It is deeply symbolic that the graduation ceremony of cadets of military educational institutions of the country took place at this Memorial complex. I am sure that today's celebrations will fill the heart of each of you with pride for the glorious life of your brave people, for the heroism of the defenders of the Fatherland and will further raise your morale!
You should continue the heroic path of the great sons of the Turkmen people, who left an imperishable trace in the history of the Motherland and the whole world, and master their fighting skills and military art. You must also master modern military equipment and provide reliable protection of the fundamental foundations and borders of our state. Being a high example of loyalty to your native country, you must make a personal contribution to the dynamic development of the country, which is striving with the speed of a horse to new heights of progress. You must become an unshakable bulwark and steel shield of an independent state and native people.
For us, the security of the homeland is above all else. In order that the younger generation could pass primary, middle and higher level military education to improve knowledge, we have created a system of military education, including military schools, institutions of higher education military and law enforcement and the Military Academy for training officers. We will continue to pay great attention to the training of highly qualified military specialists.
