President of Turkmenistan, Supreme commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, General of the army Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the State security Council, which discussed the results of the activities of military and law enforcement agencies for the period from January to May this year.

Defense Minister B. Gundogdiev was the first to report on the work carried out over five months in the account structures, as well as on the progress of the spring recruitment campaign.

Speaking about the priority tasks facing this Department, the head of Turkmenistan stressed that the country's defense infrastructure should fully meet the realities of the time. The planned arrival of more modern military equipment and equipment requires comprehensive training of officers and soldiers, improving their skills. In this regard, the President instructed to pay special attention to the introduction of new teaching methods in specialized higher education institutions.

Then the Minister of internal Affairs M. Chakyev reported on the activities of the Ministry of internal Affairs for a specified period. It was also reported that comprehensive measures are being implemented to ensure compliance with fire safety rules.

After hearing the report, the head of state focused on the need to improve the work of all structural divisions of the Department. In connection with the onset of the summer season, it was instructed to strengthen measures to comply with the fire safety regime.

Speaking about the importance of actively implementing modern technical means and systems to ensure road safety, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country, army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, noted that this is intended to help prevent road accidents.

Head of the State border service Sh. Durdyev reported on the work to strengthen the material and technical base and create appropriate conditions for the service and life of military personnel.

Summing up the report, the President stressed the importance of the border Troops in maintaining friendly relations between Turkmenistan and foreign countries. In the implementation of the tasks assigned to the Service, these principles should be followed, and appropriate measures should be taken to ensure the inviolability of the land and sea borders of the Motherland, the head of state said.

In the future, the President ordered to keep under strict control the modernization of subordinate infrastructure facilities and the strengthening of human resources.

Chairman of the Supreme Court G. Halliev reported on the work carried out during the reporting period to further develop the judicial system.

Summing up the report, the President of Turkmenistan ordered to ensure strict control over the legality and objectivity of court decisions. At the same time, it is necessary to create all conditions for effective judicial proceedings, paying attention to improving the skills of judges.

During the meeting, the head of state signed a Decree on the appointment and dismissal of judges of the courts of Turkmenistan.

Prosecutor's offices have a significant role to play in maintaining the rule of Law and preventing any kind of illegal actions, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stressed and gave appropriate instructions.

Then the Minister of national security G. Annaev reported on the work carried out during the specified period. The report highlighted the issues of training specialists and improving the professional level of employees.

Minister of Justice B. Muhamedov reported on the comprehensive steps taken in the five months of this year to modernize the legal framework. In particular, a report was presented on the development of proposals for improving a number of laws and regulations designed to promote reforms in various segments of the economy.

After hearing the report, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country noted the importance of ongoing changes in the legal sphere.

Then the Chairman of the State customs service M. Hudaykuliev reported on the results of the activities led by the Department for January-May of the current year. As reported, regular events are held to improve the professional level of employees, and best practices in this area are being studied.

The President of Turkmenistan, speaking about the priority tasks facing this structure, noted that its work should be aimed at improving customs administration in order to create favorable conditions for foreign economic activity.

It is also important to actively implement modern technologies in all divisions of the Service for its greater effectiveness and the establishment of interdepartmental information exchange, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country said, addressing specific instructions.

Chairman of the State migration service M. Gurdov reported on the work done since the beginning of the year.

By effectively implementing the migration policy, this structure should further enhance the authority of Turkmenistan, the President said, pointing to the importance of applying the latest achievements of world practice and training competent specialists.

Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Secretary of the state Security Council Ch. Amanov. A report was made on the implementation of the large-scale military reform initiated by the Turkmen leader.

During the meeting, the projects of the equestrian complex prepared in accordance with the instructions of the head of Turkmenistan were presented.

The President, expressing satisfaction with the drastic changes in the reported Vice-Premier agencies, instructed to continue to take measures to increase the power of the Armed Forces, modernization of their material-technical base.

The Deputy Prime Minister and Secretary of the state Security Council were instructed to keep under strict control the strict adherence to the provisions of the defense Military doctrine.

The Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country noted that the Akhal-Teke horses are reliable assistants to the defenders of the Motherland and law enforcement officers.
