The project of a centralized electronic system for the state capital's retail network is being implemented by specialists of the computer technology Center of the Ministry of trade and foreign economic relations of Turkmenistan and JV "Agzybirlik Tilsimaty".
Under the brand "Agzybirlik Tilsimaty" 300 sets of POS-equipment for trade automation were produced: touch-screen computers, check printers, barcode printers and scanners, money boxes. All food stores in the capital that are subordinate to the Ministry of trade and foreign economic relations will be equipped with this equipment.
All retail outlets in the capital will be United by a digital system that allows online monitoring of the movement of goods: their arrival at warehouses, sending to stores, sales volume and availability of balances.
This system will allow you to replenish stocks of various types of goods in a timely manner as they are sold, thereby establishing an uninterrupted supply, and keep electronic reports on sales and settlements with suppliers. The digital platform will create conditions for effective management and solving marketing tasks.
For the convenience of customers, an Internet site will be created where information about each store will be posted: its address, contact information, assortment, and all necessary information about products.
Site users will be able to place an order with delivery and get additional information in the question-answer format. This system will allow you to study the demand in the domestic market.
The transfer to the electronic system will be made before the end of this year.
The next stage will be the transfer of velayat centers to centralized e-Commerce, according to the website "Turkmenistan: Golden age".
