President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory message to Russian foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on the occasion of his 70th anniversary, the press service of the head of state reported.
In the message, the Turkmen leader noted the high professionalism and solid political experience of the Russian foreign Minister and expressed deep gratitude for his personal contribution to the development of constructive relations between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, as well as hope for further strengthening of bilateral cooperation based on long-standing traditions of mutual understanding and trust.
The head of Turkmenistan wished Sergey Lavrov new success in responsible state activities.
