The launch of a new TV channel about talented people in all spheres of life - from music and sports to scientific discoveries and outstanding inventions, will take place this year in the CIS TV and radio company Mir-24. In the air, it will replace the channel "WORLD PREMIUM". The new channel will be called "WORLD of Talent", according to the Internet portal of the CIS with reference to mir24.tv. Reformatting the TV channel will expand the broadcasting network in the CIS countries, according to the TV and radio company.
General producer of MTRK "Mir" Pavel Korchagin says:
“In the concept of "talent" I lay a broad meaning, but not having anything to do with the show freaks. We will show true talents: outstanding young figure skaters, brilliant gymnasts, musical talents from all over the CIS, as well as schoolchildren and students who win hundreds of competitors at international competitions in physics, mathematics and other subjects. Their names are not remembered, because they are rarely told from TV screens and, as a rule, in small news stories. We are ready to talk about our talented, advanced, creative children around the clock. Not only about children, of course, but we make a certain bet on them”, says Korchagin.
It is expected that the new channel will continue the tradition of Central television, where such programs as "Hello, we are looking for talent!" and the show about inventors is "You can do it."
