Turkmen specialist Said Seyidov has been appointed head coach of the Ashgabat football club, the official website of the Football Federation of Turkmenistan reports. At this post, Seyidov was replaced by Amanklych Kochumov.
Recall that earlier Said Seidov worked as the head coach of Kopetdag in the period 2015-2019. In the first year of work, the team won the first league of Turkmenistan and got a place to play in the major league of Turkmenistan. In 2018, under his leadership, Kopetdag became the owner of the Turkmenistan Football Cup. Said Seidov is a master of sports of the USSR, Honored Trainer of Turkmenistan (2004).
