Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent his deepest condolences to Chinese President Xi Jinping in connection with the fire that broke out in a residential complex in Hong Kong, which resulted in numerous casualties and injuries.
On behalf of the people, the Government of Turkmenistan, and himself, the Turkmen leader expressed sincere sympathy and words of support to all the families and friends of those killed in this difficult time and wished a speedy recovery to the injured, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
The fire at the Wang Fuk residential complex in Hong Kong's Tai Po District occurred on November 26. At least 83 people were killed, 76 were injured, and 279 were officially declared missing.
