The event was dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality and was attended by representatives of the Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, heads and representatives of foreign embassies accredited in New Delhi, heads and teachers of higher educational institutions and research centers in India, as well as a delegation from Turkmenistan and Turkmen students studying in India.

Participants expressed confidence that the new book, "India-Turkmenistan: Perspectives on History, Culture, and Economy," will play a significant role in the study of the cultures and histories of the two countries.
