Turkmen craftsmen are participating in the Third Saudi International Handicrafts Week, which is being held from November 13 to 26 in Riyadh under the patronage of Saudi Arabia's Minister of Culture, Prince Bader bin Abdullah bin Farhan.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, representatives from more than 40 countries, as well as more than 400 local artisans, are participating in the Week, which is being held as part of the Year of Crafts 2025.
Among the Turkmen participants are teachers of decorative and applied arts from the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan: Oguljennet Mollayeva, Shazada Orazberdiyev, and Hezretguly Annageldyev.
Turkmen participants presented their handmade carpets, silver jewelry, and ceramics.
The artisans' forum aims to empower local entrepreneurs, enabling them to expand their market presence and utilize their skills.
