The opening of the “Shavat-Dashoguz” shopping center in the border area between Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan opens new business opportunities.
The joint trade zone covers a total area of six hectares, three hectares of which are allocated to the Uzbek sector and three hectares to the Turkmen sector. Products produced exclusively in Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan are sold here.
As reported by “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”, the indoor shopping pavilion has been designed to accommodate 112 shopping arcades and 28 specialized stores offering a wide range of goods.
Additionally, 16 retail outlets are planned for placement in two separate blocks.
One of the advantages of the new zone is its simplified trading regime.
The trade zone is equipped with modern infrastructure facilities: retail pavilions, warehouses, and container sites.
The “One-Stop-Shop” Center provides a full range of services, including customs, tax, and certification, making it easier to do business.
