Representatives of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction participated online in the 22nd International Scientific and Practical Conference "Renewable and Small-Scale Energy – 2025," which was held at the National Research University "Moscow Power Engineering Institute" from November 13 to 14, according to "Turkmenistan: Golden Age."
The conference was attended by industry experts, scientists, and engineers from more than 30 Russian organizations and universities, as well as from China, Iran, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Namibia, Vietnam, and several African countries.
Participants examined the possibilities and prospects for the development of electric power, alternative energy sources, and low-power power plants.
Over 70 presentations were presented during the two-day conference. Ahmet Penjiev, associate professor in the Industrial Automation Department of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Turkmen University, delivered a scientific paper on "The Wave Energy Resource Potential of Gyzylsuv Island in the Caspian Sea."
The papers presented at the conference will be published in the Russian journals Vestnik MPEI, Energetik, S.O.K., Novoe v Rossiiskoi Elektroenergetike (New in Russian Electric Power Industry), and Okruzhayushchaya Sreda i Energetika (Environment and Energy Science), the source notes.
