On November 6, within the framework of the IX Moscow International Arts Festival "Sounds of the Dutar" named after Nury Halmamedov, the Center for Oriental Literature of the Russian State Library opened the exhibition "Palette of Peace," dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust.

The opening ceremony was attended by distinguished guests and prominent cultural and artistic figures committed to strengthening international cultural dialogue.

Composer, public figure, and artistic director of the "Sounds of the Dutar" arts festival, Mamed Guseinov, addressed the guests with a welcoming speech. He noted that the exhibition at the Central Exhibition Hall concludes a large-scale series of events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the International Year of Peace and Trust. A memorable event was the International Scientific and Practical Conference "The Face of War in the Mirror of Art," which took place on October 27 at the Pashkov House (the department of sheet music and sound recordings) of the Russian State Library. It brought together leading experts in the field of culture and art.

The final chord of the meeting was the recitation of poems by the winners of the international poetry recitation competition "Universe of the Word," held within the framework of the IX "Sounds of the Dutar" festival, according to a press release from the organizing committee of the "Sounds of the Dutar" festival.
