The 10th issue of the online magazine "Arkadagly Ýaşlar" ("Youth with Arkadag"), published by the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, has been released in Turkmenistan. The new issue focuses on the main events that took place in the country in October of this year, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
