This was announced by the forum's organizing committee.

More than 1080 delegates from 55 countries participated in the event. The forum was organized by the State Concern “Turkmenhimiya”, the Ministry of Industry and Construction of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Construction and Architecture, the State Agency for Road Construction Management, the Ashgabat City Administration, and the Turkmen Energy Forum.

The CIET 2025 program included four thematic sessions, an international exhibition featuring over 50 companies, B2B and B2G meetings, and a gala dinner for participants. The forum was held in conjunction with Construction and Industry Workers' Day in Turkmenistan.
