Yesterday, a delegation led by the Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, Dunyagozel Gulmanova, began a visit to the Russian Federation.

According to the Mejlis website, the purpose of the visit is to "communicate to the international community the activities carried out by Turkmenistan based on the principles of permanent neutrality for the benefit of the country, its people, and all of humanity, as well as to strengthen the inter-parliamentary relations established between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation."
