The “Dostluk” bakery enterprise, located in the Koytendag etrap of the Lebap velayat, has processed 18 136 tons of wheat and produced 13 602 tons of flour since the beginning of the year, which means that the enterprise has exceeded its plan for the corresponding period.
As reported by “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”, 440 skilled workers work in two shifts at the enterprise, which supplies flour to the Kerki, Hojambaz and Koytendag etraps.
Equipped with advanced technologies, the bakery produces 85 to 90 tons of flour daily, which exceeds the monthly production plan.
Not only wheat processing, but also rice cleaning has been established here: since the beginning of this year, 930 tons of rice have been prepared and offered to consumers, the source notes.
