A ceremony to award the winners of the rating assessment among the country's higher educational institutions was held at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction.

The assessment was carried out by a national online rating system that collected data in real time. This system covered all aspects of higher professional education, analyzing indicators according to 53 criteria in 6 areas, according to the website of the Ministry of Education.

In this case, the activities of not only the universities themselves, but also their faculties, departments, and the quality of the teaching staff were taken into account.

According to the results of the assessment, the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction took 4th place in terms of the overall score, and 3rd place in terms of the number of teachers and students (contingent). Further, according to the relevant indicators, the university's achievements are as follows:

• the chemical engineering faculty of the university took 2nd place among the faculties of higher educational institutions of the country,
• the department of languages - 3rd place among the departments of higher educational institutions of the country,
• the head of the department of "higher mathematics", senior lecturer Sahetgylych Gylyjov took 2nd place among the teachers of higher educational institutions of the country.

At the ceremony, the institute’s trade union committee presented valuable gifts to the winners.

The assessment was carried out in accordance with the “Regulations on the rating assessment of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan”, approved by order No. 246 of the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan dated July 27, 2024.
