Turkmenabat silk production Association has started producing new types of fabrics, carpets and garments, "Turkmenistan: Golden age" reports.
A new line of products in the original color and texture palette was developed and put into production taking into account customer demand.
Since the beginning of the year, the company has increased the production of silk carpets by more than 40%, produced 7 million square meters of cotton and about 250 thousand square meters of silk fabrics. More than 50 tons of silk yarn, which is in demand in the foreign market, were produced.
