A loan of up to 30,000 manats with an annual rate of 10% and a period of up to 3 years (with a six-month grace period) is allocated to citizens for the purchase of fixed and working capital for the development of agriculture, livestock, agricultural production and local raw materials. Loan terms - guarantee of a solvent person or property secured.
