The branch of the production Association "Demirbetononumleri" in the city of Turkmenabat in addition to the six-month task produced 658 cubic meters of high-quality precast concrete, the newspaper" Neutral Turkmenistan" reports. 

The Turkmenabat plant of construction panels is more than fifty years old. After reconstruction the company " Demirbetononumleri" increasing power. Having a long history, it experienced a true rebirth 5 years ago. By that time, outdated equipment and technologies began to negatively affect the volume and quality of products. Radical reconstruction and technical modernization helped to reach a new level. Modern equipment from well-known companies from Germany, Italy, and Turkey was installed in all divisions. Thanks to the renovation, the construction company from Turkmenabat now produces about 185 cubic meters of reinforced concrete products that meet all the requirements per day.

The technological chain here begins with a concrete mixing unit (BSU). There are two Euromess installations, where cement, fine crushed stone and washed sand are loaded and mixed in optimal proportions according to a computer program. Then this mixture in the liquid state is delivered by an auto mixer to the molding shop.

Metal frames are prepared under one roof in a neighboring reinforcement shop, where various machines are located: cutting, bending, drawing, spot welding and others, mainly with software control.

The rebar enters the molding shop on a new line and is installed inside the vertical compartments of two separate compact furnaces. Ready-made concrete is also poured there using a bridge crane. Then, during 16-18 hours, the steaming process takes place (steam is supplied from its powerful boiler room of the production Association). After staying in a humid and hot environment, the panels that have found the desired shape harden and are pulled out (they are loaded on the platform cars and taken away to their destination). This method of manufacturing reinforced concrete products is called cassette and is considered progressive. The new line produces internal panels and floor slabs.

Because the outer and thickened panel is made on the old existing line with the use of formwork. The liquid concrete is compacted by vibration, then sealed from above. Next, the products are steamed using gas-fired stoves. This means that all sections of the main molding shop at the enterprise remain loaded

The quality of all products produced in the Association is regularly checked in the laboratory. Here, on modern stands and devices, rebar is tested for breaking, and concrete samples are tested for strength under pressure.

During these summer days, panels and floor slabs are shipped to the constructed objects of Turkmenabat. Especially large shipments are made for multi-floor buildings of improved layout and cottages under construction on the way to the international airport of Turkmenabat.
