The hakimlik of Ashgabat  is informing residents of the capital of the schedule for public consultation sessions, which will take place in July 2026 at the hakimlik and the etrap offices.

Complaints will be handled by specially formed teams comprising representatives of the hakimlik of Ashgabat, the city’s law enforcement agencies, the courts, civil society organisations and other relevant departments and institutions. The aim of this process is to conduct a comprehensive review of citizens’ complaints.

The consultation schedule is as follows:

• Ashgabat City Group — the reception will take place at the hakimlik of Ashgabat on July 11 and 25, 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00.

• Berkararlyk Etrap Group — the reception will take place at the hakimlik Berkararlyk etrap on July 11, 18 and 25, 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00.

• Kopetdag Etrap Group — the reception will take place at the hakimlik of Kopetdag etrap on July 11, 18 and 25, 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00.

• Bagtyyarlyk Etrap Group — the reception will take place at the hakimlik of Bagtyyarlyk etrap on July 11, 18 and 25, 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00.

• Buzmeyin Etrap Group — the consultation session will take place at the hakimlik of Buzmeyin etrap on July 11, 18 and 25, 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00.
