Thirteen grain receiving centers have been established in the southern region of Turkmenistan for the harvesting season

During the wheat harvest campaign, operations at the Turkmenkala enterprise in Turkmenistan’s Mary velayat are being organized in accordance with the requirements of this important season.

This flour and pasta production facility has four warehouses, each capable of holding 3 thousand tons of wheat. It receives grain harvests grown not only by tenant farmers in the Turkmenkala etrap but also by those in the Yolotan and Tahtabazar etraps. This is reported by "Turkmenistan: Golden Age."

Thirteen receiving stations have been established across these three etraps for the current season. At the peak of the harvest, operations run on a four-shift basis. More than 630 people work at these sites, with the workforce expanding according to the intensity of the work.

The Turkmenkala flour and pasta production plant is a modern facility built during the years of independence. It produces three grades of flour (premium, first, and second) as well as several types of pasta. Currently, the plant processes 135,5 tons of food-grade wheat daily.

Over the past five months of the current year, 15 702 tons of flour, 1 590 tons of pasta, and 4 928 tons of bran have been produced here.
