Events of the second day of Culture Week in Turkmenistan

The second day of Culture Week in Turkmenistan was filled with a variety of events.

This morning, a creative meeting was held at the Cultural Center of the Gyzylarbat etrap in the Balkan velayat. Participants explored the unique contributions of outstanding artists and creative figures who have left an indelible mark on the country's history, as well as the further enrichment and development of national culture. Interesting and inspiring performances were dedicated to the work of Bayram Shahir, People's Artists of Turkmenistan Sary Garryev and Gichgeldi Amanov, as well as Honored bagshy of Turkmenistan Bayramguly Ayjanov.

A conference titled "Modern Education Methodology Using Digital Systems" was held at the Cultural and Sports Complex of the Turkmenbashy oil processing complex of the “Turkmennebit” State Concern. The forum participants focused primarily on discussing modern educational methods, curricula, and techniques necessary for training specialists in demand today.

In the afternoon, the Balkan velayat Library hosted a ceremony summing up the results of the creative competition "Garaşsyzlykdan galkynýan medeniýet", as well as a poetry evening of famous young poets of the country "Ylham joşguny". The creative competition generated significant interest from its participants. Winners in various categories were awarded special prizes.

Also on this day, a concert of artists from the Balkan and Dashoguz velayats was held at the Saparmurat Turkmenbashy Oil Workers' Palace of Culture in Balkanabat. The combination of folk music and songs, performances by pop singers, and the fiery dances of folk groups demonstrated the comprehensive approach to preparing the program for this high-level creative festival.

The events of the second day of Culture Week concluded at the State Drama Theater named after the Great Saparmurat Turkmenbashy of the Balkan velayat, where the play "Bedew rowaýaty" dedicated to Ahal-Teke horses was shown.
