Aýdyň Gijeler will engage in the production of road infrastructure in Uzbekistan

The Turkmen company Aýdyň Gijeler will establish a production facility in Tashkent focused on the production of road infrastructure products.

According to the press service of Aýdyň Gijeler, the corresponding memorandum of cooperation was signed following a meeting between the company's general director and the mayor of the Uzbek capital.

A land plot of 4 hectares has been allocated for the location of the enterprise.

"The new manufacturing facility will focus on producing products for the country's major transport and infrastructure projects. Specifically, it will manufacture components needed for the modern Tashkent-Samarkand highway currently under construction," the company said in a statement.

The site is planned to manufacture road barriers, signs, lighting poles, and other road safety products.

The project is expected to create new jobs and strengthen economic cooperation between the two countries.

Aýdyň Gijeler, founded in 2016, is one of Turkmenistan's leading high-tech companies. The company manufactures over 30 types of electrical and electronic products across ten production sites.
