The sale will be conducted through a closed auction. Vehicle is sold in the condition in which they are found at the time of sale at auction. Anyone interested in purchasing can receive a special form for those interested in purchasing car at the address below.

Car can be inspected on weekdays from 15:00 to 18:00 and offers can be submitted within ten working days from the date of the announcement. Offers must include buyer's name, contact information and the amount of your offer, sealed in an envelope marked "Vehicle Offers" and delivered to: Ashgabat, Archabil Ave., 21, UN Building. Upon delivery of the offer envelope, you will need to obtain written confirmation from the UN Office Reception.

Bids will be accepted until 6:00 pm last date for submission of bids. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

The winner of the auction will be the one who offers the highest amount and is ready to pay it on the same day. Payment must be made in national currency, by bank transfer to the UNDP account or by cash. The transaction will be considered complete once UNDP receives full payment for the selected lot from the winner.

The winner will be notified by telephone. If the winner, for any reason, cannot be contacted using the contact numbers provided, the winner will be disqualified and the bidder who submits the next highest price bid will be declared the winner.

UNDP reserves the right to reject any proposal.

At this time, vehicle has diplomatic status in the customs regime mentioned above.

All expenses, including taxes and duties related to the re-registration and customs clearance of the vehicle, should be paid by the winning bidder.

UNDP is the original owner of the vehicle. Vehicle is sold in the condition presented at the auction.
