President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory message to graduates, officers, and faculty of higher educational institutions of the country's military and law enforcement agencies.

Below is the text of the congratulatory message:

“Dear graduates!

I sincerely congratulate you on the successful completion of the Military Academy of Turkmenistan, which trains senior officers and staff, as well as higher education institutions that produce specialists for the military and law enforcement agencies, in the era of the Renaissance of a new era of a powerful state. I congratulate you on the beginning of your career as personnel with higher professional education and your first officer rank!

Your sacred duty is to strictly adhere to the principles of the defensive Military Doctrine of the Motherland, to realize its goals and objectives, to preserve national values, to protect the peaceful and happy life of citizens and their creative work, and to maintain the rule of law in society. I wish you tireless energy in ensuring the reliable protection of the independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the sovereign Fatherland, its defense capability, the inviolability of the state border, national security and peace in society, strengthening the rule of law and law and order, as well as great success in your responsible service!

Valiant defenders of the Motherland!

The Motherland is sacred: it contains all that is most precious to us, all that we exalt. To serve the Motherland, to dedicate one's life and destiny to its service, to wholeheartedly defend every inch of its sacred soil like the apple of one's eye, remaining faithful to one's military oath—this is a great honor. Therefore, in our country, large-scale measures are being taken to consistently improve the service and living conditions of law enforcement and defense personnel and their family members. A clear sign of concern for the country's valiant defenders is the opening of new buildings and structures in the military and law enforcement agencies on the occasion of Defenders of the Fatherland Day, widely celebrated in the year "Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Determined Winged Horses."

Today, the green flag of our independent state flies high in the hands of the brave, courageous and bold sons of the Motherland, who have taken an oath to serve the country. These sublime feelings should inspire you to reach new heights and frontiers in every endeavor and at every moment, for you are the descendants of our glorious ancestors, such as Oguz han, Bayram Khan, Togrul Beg, Chagry Beg, Alp Arslan, Soltan Sanjar, Soltan Jelaleddin, Keymir Serdar. And therefore, it is your sacred duty to continue the school of courage of the brave defenders of the Motherland, adhering to their patriotic principles.

I sincerely believe that you will vigilantly guard the peace of our society, protect the inviolability of our sacred borders, becoming an invincible fortress and steel shield for our beloved Motherland – Turkmenistan. I also believe that you will demonstrate excellent service and, if necessary, selflessly and devotedly serve in the name of great and noble goals.

Dear officers, professors, and instructors!

The high level of training, strength of body and spirit, broad outlook of military specialists, and their mastery of modern knowledge are factors that determine the National Army's strong defensive capability. In this regard, special attention is being paid to enhancing the professionalism of military personnel and employees of the country's military and law enforcement agencies and their training, taking into account modern achievements and in the spirit of patriotism of their glorious ancestors.

Your primary objective is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications of the defenders of the Motherland, particularly their military and political literacy, by combining teaching methods with modern global advances, and by optimizing the organizational and methodological system of theoretical and practical training, including in various areas of military specialties, drawing on the capabilities of science, technology, and digital systems. I am confident that you, as before, will fulfill this important task with honor and raise true patriots with impeccable training and high spiritual and moral qualities!
