The "Electronic Advance Book" is a digital balance for paying for “Turkmen Post” services through the "ÇaparPay" app. Instead of a paper advance book, users can deposit funds into their balance in advance and then pay for postal and other services automatically. How it works:

1. Register in the ÇaparPay app.

2. After registration, you will receive a unique user ID.

3. Top up your balance:

• cash at post offices;

• bank transfer;

• bank card.

4. In the app, select the desired service and payment method.

5. The system will automatically check your balance and debit the required amount.

6. After payment, you will receive an SMS notification.

What you can do with your e-account:
