Today, the President of Turkmenistan congratulated the winners of the scientific paper competition among young people of Turkmenistan.

"I sincerely congratulate you on your great achievements in the youth scientific paper competition held in the year 'Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses'!" Today, Turkmenistan places particular emphasis on training specialists with higher education, creating an extensive network of modern secondary schools that utilize the latest computer and multimedia technologies, cutting-edge developments, and the consistent development of the education system as a whole. "Developing the national sphere of science and education, introducing the latest scientific achievements into economic sectors, and enhancing the scientific potential of the Fatherland, as well as preparing a generation of true patriots who know the history of their people and are proud of the Motherland's achievements, are among our main goals," the Address states.

The adoption of the Strategy for the Development of Science in Turkmenistan for 2024–2052 has made it possible to build a long-term path for the country's development based on science. In accordance with the Strategy's priority areas, the latest scientific advances are being implemented in all sectors of the economy. This process, which meets modern demands, is being implemented through the active involvement of talented young people in global scientific research and enhancing their competitiveness.

"We consider scientific discoveries, innovative developments, scientific and engineering solutions, industrial and innovative and information technology research by young scientists to be extremely important in the context of strengthening the power of our state, in particular, the development of digital economic infrastructure. "Caring for young people studying in secondary and higher education institutions, working in various industries, and engaging in creative activities has become one of the priorities of state policy," the President emphasized.

One of the current tasks is to assist young people in obtaining a modern profession, improving their theoretical knowledge and practical skills, mastering new scientific disciplines, advanced research and technological developments. Within the framework of an international partnership in science, technology, and innovation, young people from the country are periodically sent to intern at prestigious scientific and educational centers abroad to improve their qualifications and exchange experiences.

"The successes of our young scientists and students at international scientific and educational competitions bring us sincere joy. Your achievements are an honor for our Motherland and a source of pride for our people! "Our independent state will continue to take the necessary measures to widely engage young scientists in research activities and the development of new, relevant scientific fields," the head of state concluded, wishing everyone good health, happiness, prosperity, and great success in developing domestic science and taking it to greater heights, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
