“Täze aý” has expanded its meat product range with new sausages and frankfurters

The sausage workshop of the “Täze aý” company, located on the territory of the Täze oba dayhan association of the Mary etrap of the Mary velayat, presented new types of sausages and wieners to consumers. New products under the names "Bedew", "Maksat", "Aýbölek", "Şapak" and "Çynar" are already arriving at retail outlets across the country, expanding the range of one of the largest meat producers in Turkmenistan.

The new semi-smoked sausage "Bedew" is distinguished by its rich meaty taste and the aroma of natural smoking. The product is designed for both everyday consumption and festive meals. Aýbölek sausages, meanwhile, are created for those who enjoy quick and convenient meals, combining a delicate texture with high quality standards.

The “Täze aý” company produces approximately 45 tons of meat products daily, and the range of sausages and meat delicacies includes more than one hundred items.

The production association under the brand name "Täze aý" pays special attention to every stage of production – from animal rearing to the release of finished products. The company's own farms implement strict quality control: from the maintenance and fattening of livestock to the production of the final product. After passing a veterinary inspection, the animals are transported to a specialized refrigeration facility equipped with modern equipment, where the meat is processed and prepared for further use in all production facilities. This comprehensive approach allows “Täze aý” to guarantee the safety, high quality, and excellent taste of its products.

The company places special emphasis on compliance with international food safety standards. The production facility is ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and Halal certified, confirming its products' compliance with modern quality and safety requirements.

“Täze aý” regularly expands its product range and introduces new products, focusing on consumer demand. The introduction of "Bedew" and "Maksat" sausages and "Aýbölek," "Şapak," and "Çynar" frankfurters marks another step in the development of the brand's meat line, which is widely represented in Turkmenistan's domestic market.

It should be noted that the company has previously expanded its product range with new types of products, releasing cooked sausage "Talyp", cooked turkey sausage "Hindi guş", as well as cooked and semi-smoked sausage "Büzmeýin".
