5 desserts to make before the end of summer

Summer is coming to an end, which means that you need to have time to enjoy the abundance of summer fruits and berries. You can pamper yourself with fruits not only fresh, but also preparing delicious desserts from them, which contain many vitamins and antioxidants.

Especially with the readers of Turkmenportal, the chef of the Ashgabat Ak Ýol banquet hall, Yenish Saparov, shares several simple recipes for desserts made from fruits and berries popular in Turkmenistan.

Recipe №1: melon, carrots, cottage cheese 250 gr., sour cream 3 tbsp. l., honey 1 tbsp. l.

Mix cottage cheese with sour cream, add grated carrots and honey. We peel a few slices of melon, cut into cubes and also add to the curd. Dessert should be served chilled.

Recipe№ 2: melon 500 gr., sugar 2-3 tbsp. l., vanillin 1 tsp, citric acid (pinch), gelatin 20 gr., water 150-200 ml.

Put a bowl of gelatin dissolved in a small amount of water into a bowl of hot water. Puree the peeled and chopped melon with a blender. Add sugar, vanilla and citric acid. Pour gelatin into the resulting melon puree and beat with a mixer for 10 minutes. Pour into a mold and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Melon mousse is ready!

Recipe № 3. To prepare 3 portions of a watermelon cocktail with honey and cinnamon, you will need: 400 g watermelon, 200 ml milk, 1 tsp honey, cinnamon (a pinch).

Grind the peeled pulp of watermelon with a blender, add honey, cinnamon, milk and mix again with a blender. Pour into glasses, add ice if desired and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Recipe № 4: grapes, milk chocolate 85 gr., coconut flakes.

To prepare grapes in chocolate, you need to remove the berries from the bunch, wash and dry. Dip the grapes strung on toothpicks into the melted chocolate and lay them on parchment. Sprinkle with coconut. To harden the chocolate, we send the grapes for five minutes in the freezer.

Recipe № 5: large grapes 100 gr., cream cheese 200 gr., walnuts 100 gr.

We grind the nuts with a blender or in a coffee grinder, cut the grapes in half. From cream cheese we make a small cake in the center of which we put the grapes and form balls of the same size. Then roll the cheese balls in the nut crumbs.
