The economic society Senagat Plastik is one of the dynamically developing industrial enterprises of Turkmenistan. Its specialization is the production of plastic pallets, which are used in various sectors of the national economy.
The Senagat Plastik plant was launched in 2018 on the territory of the Turkmenbashi etrap of the Balkan velayat. The company's products quickly gained popularity in Turkmenistan, confidently occupying their niche in the list of the country's largest producers of plastic products. One of the goals of establishing the enterprise is to provide the domestic market with import-substituting competitive products and, in the future, to establish exports of products abroad.
Pallets made of polyethylene and polypropylene from Senagat Plastik are widely used in the construction and chemical industries. Their purpose is the storage and sorting of aggressive or moisture-sensitive chemicals and medicines.
Senagat Plastik pallets are produced by injection molding. In this method, molten plastic is fed into the mold cavity under high pressure. Cooling down, it completely repeats the geometry of its shape. Such a pallet can serve up to 10 years, and in the event of a breakdown, it can be sent for recycling, which is carried out at the enterprise itself.
Massive and durable pallets are able to serve in a wide range of temperatures - from + 50 to - 40 degrees, which is very important in the hot Turkmen climate. They do not absorb moisture and odors and can withstand loads up to 8 thousand kilograms. They are not afraid of either excessively dry or too humid air. Despite the relative lightness, plastic pallets are not inferior to wooden pallets in strength, and surpass them in a number of parameters.
The company produces pallets of different sizes: 1300/1100 mm, 1200/1200 mm, 1200/80 mm, 1200/800 mm with “skis” (for ease of movement).
The capacity of the enterprise in the Balkan velayat is 480 thousand units of products per year. Senagat Plastik products were awarded diplomas of participants in the exhibitions of economic achievements of Turkmenistan, including the Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy in 2018, the International Oil and Gas Exhibition in 2019, the International Exhibition of Achievements in the Application of Innovative Technologies in the Caspian Region. In addition, the production of Senagat Plastik has been awarded international certificates SO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.
