During his official visit to Azerbaijan, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, together with President Ilham Aliyev, visited a new residential complex under construction in the city of Shusha.
Within the framework of the general plan of the city of Shusha, new residential complexes are being built. The first residential complex was commissioned in May 2024, and another one in May 2025. Construction is currently ongoing.
The city of Shusha, located at an altitude of 1368 meters above sea level, is considered the cultural capital of Azerbaijan. In the late XIX – early XX centuries, Shusha became the musical center of the Caucasus, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
