The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov flew over the capital in a helicopter and inspected the city's medical institutions. This was reported on Monday by the newspaper "Neutral Turkmenistan".
During the flight, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov inspected a complex of modern and highly equipped health centers in the southern part of the capital. This area is home to medical centers that meet high international standards and provide citizens with high-quality medical services.
The National Leader emphasized the importance of equipping healthcare institutions in accordance with the demands of the time, as well as the compliance of the construction and reconstruction work with international standards for the successful implementation of the tasks of the urban development program.
The helicopter made a turn over the hospital complex of the Myrat Garryev State Medical University of Turkmenistan, where Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave recommendations on resolving issues related to the reconstruction of this medical institution.
From the helicopter, he also inspected the medical institutions operating in the capital and the improvement of the adjacent territories. It is especially noted that the recently opened medical institutions in the city center, as well as the Dentistry Center, the construction of which is in the final stage, harmoniously fit into the architectural ensemble of the capital.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov drew attention to the complex of modern health centers in the northern part of the capital. The equipment of the medical centers located on the territory of the Choganly residential complex in Ashgabat and the medical services provided there fully comply with high international standards.
The National Leader stressed the need to pay special attention to the proper implementation of all work related to social facilities, as well as the creation of conditions for a full rest and happy life for people.
The helicopter then flew around the north-eastern part of the capital, made a U-turn and landed in the square. The working visit and recommendations given during the flight will become an important impetus for the further dynamic socio-economic development of the country, the newspaper said.
