According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the parties confirmed their commitment to further deepening cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
The current state and prospects of cooperation in the energy sector were discussed, and the strategic role of Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan as key nodes of regional and international transport corridors was emphasized.
The diplomats considered ways to diversify economic ties and increase the volume of mutual trade, noting the importance of expanding contacts in the fields of culture, education, science and other social spheres, the source notes.
