On June 29, on the day of the celebration of the second anniversary of the creation of the city of Arkadag, its numerous new residents were ceremoniously presented with the keys to comfortable apartments and houses, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
A joyful atmosphere reigned everywhere, music and songs were heard, and creative groups demonstrated their skills.
City residents proudly spoke about the advantages of smart home technologies, which provide maximum living comfort.
For example, well-placed motion sensors allow lights to turn on only at the location of a person. Houses have automated curtains and blinds that help use daylight and heat more efficiently. To do this, the system is designed to operate automatically, taking into account the time of day, season, and weather outside.
A security system with remote control via mobile phones or voice commands has become a comprehensive solution for home security. Ensuring technical safety, protection against flooding, water and gas leaks, smoke, warning about electrical wiring faults - all this is an important task of a "smart" home. The system can neutralize an emergency situation itself and promptly notify the owner of the apartment, provide him with information about the consumption of electricity, gas and water, remotely regulate the air temperature in the room, etc.
The country's leadership was deeply grateful for its constant concern for the prosperity of the Fatherland, the creation of all conditions for a comfortable life, creative work and full rest for Turkmen citizens. The new settlers noted that thanks to the initiatives of the head of state, the life of the population is consistently improving.
Everything that is new in the field of construction technologies is applied in the city of Arkadag. This is the only similar city on the map of Central Asia, where initially and completely all life support systems are under the control of electronic systems.
With the implementation of the second stage of development, the smart city will enter a new phase of development and its history as a city of innovation, high urban culture and investment activity.
