Turkmen athletes successfully performed at the World Cup in Para Powerlifting, which was held from June 22 to 25 in Beijing, China.
Following the tournament, the Turkmenistan team, demonstrating a high level of preparation, will to win and sportsmanship, won six silver and one bronze medal.
The team, which competed under the auspices of the National Paralympic Committee of Turkmenistan, included the following athletes:

The Para Powerlifting World Cup is a mandatory qualification tournament for the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games (LA2028). In this regard, the achievements of the Turkmen team are an important step towards qualification for the Los Angeles Paralympic Games.
