President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory message to the participants and guests of the opening of the International Exhibition and Fair "Turkmentextile Expo-2025". In his address, the head of state emphasized the special role of the textile industry in the country's economy and the importance of preserving national weaving traditions, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
In his message, the President noted that Turkmen textiles, known for their high quality and environmental friendliness, continue to conquer international markets. Particular attention was paid to the need to introduce modern technologies and expand international cooperation in this area.
The exhibition is held in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan and demonstrates the achievements of the domestic textile industry over the years of independence.
