The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Vienna organized a special exhibition dedicated to the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, as well as within the framework of the events of the International Year of Peace and Trust. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The exhibition presented visitors with a collection of books and cultural and historical artifacts reflecting the essence, history and contemporary relevance of Turkmenistan’s policy of permanent neutrality.
The event was attended by ambassadors and permanent representatives accredited to the UN, OSCE and other international organizations in Vienna, members of the diplomatic corps, representatives of international institutions and the media, as well as young people and students currently studying at Austrian universities.
Among the presented publications were books by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. The books reveal a deep understanding of Turkmenistan's philosophy of neutrality, its peace-loving foreign policy and the country's consistent commitment to international dialogue and cooperation.
The event contributed to the creation of a warm atmosphere of cultural exchange and mutual understanding, the source notes.
