Having visited the city of Arkadag on January 11, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting here, which was also attended by the heads of individual construction companies involved in the implementation of the second stage of the city's development.
The Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov reported on the current work in the new city, negotiations held with the heads of local construction companies participating in the construction of the planned facilities.
The mayor of the city of Arkadag G. Mammedova reported that, along with the work on settling residents in modern houses, appropriate measures for improvement have been duly taken in the new city. As noted, these issues are under constant control.
During the working meeting, the heads of business societies “Garagum”, “Saýaly menzil”, “Dost gurluşyk”, “Ýedi ýer söwda-önümçilik”, “Ajaýyp gurluşyk” and private enterprises “Mukaddes gün”, “Aktab” and «Berk teker.»
The National Leader of the Turkmen people noted that entrepreneurs engaged in the construction industry are entrusted with long-term projects, and expressed confidence that they will play an important role in history, worthily solving the tasks set, constructing buildings and bridges in the country, passing on the results of their noble work to future generations.
Having wished the entrepreneurs success in their work on the implementation of the construction of industrial complexes and social facilities defined in the documents signed by the President of Turkmenistan, the National Leader of the Turkmen people addressed the Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov and the mayor of the city of Arkadag G. Mamedova, instructing them to coordinate the construction of the new city together with entrepreneurs and accelerate the pace of work, TDH reports.
