Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulated Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the upcoming New Year, TDH reports.
“I am confident that the discussions held during my visit to Turkmenistan will contribute to strengthening cooperation and further development of bilateral relations,” the statement reads.
The head of Armenia wished President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the friendly Turkmen people peace and well-being in the coming year, as well as prosperity and economic progress for Turkmenistan.
